Material selection is the key. Typically, Laiyang Dixin uses high-strength steels such as 45#, 50# and 40Cr. When producing the flywheel body, DXN mostly adopts the casting process. The casting molds are designed according to the assembly dimensions of the gear ring and signal disk.

According to the assembly dimensions of the gear ring and signal disk, the casting molds are carefully designed. During the casting process, iron temperature, casting speed and other parameters are strictly controlled to ensure the quality of the castings. Through electromagnetic stirring technology, the material is distributed more evenly, reducing internal problems and improving the overall performance of the flywheel body.

Rim fabrication is also not to be underestimated. DXN often rolls 45# cold-drawn round steel on a round die, then saws and flash welds the round steel circles where they meet. The weld slag is carefully removed and the round steel rings are shaped to meet the requirements. Next, it is normalized to remove internal stresses in the material, then accurately hobbed on the hobbing equipment, and finally quenched and tempered to enhance the hardness and wear resistance of the ring.

Signal disk production needs to take the corresponding thickness of steel plate, punching in the die drop punching, punching out a signal disk with crankshaft hole blank. Subsequently, the blank is accurately positioned, punching out the edge of the signal teeth, and then put into the signal disk mold, under the pressure of the hydraulic press flanging, followed by pressure surface, punching out the mounting holes, riveting holes, to get a spare signal disk.

Into the assembly of the press assembly link, the first signal disk and connecting disk riveted together. At the same time, the ring is heated at 200 - 220°C for 30 - 60 minutes, and then quickly taken out and pressed onto the flywheel body by the press-fitting machine after the expansion of the ring by the heat, and then cooled down naturally, then the ring is tightly bonded with the flywheel body.

In order to ensure the rotational stability of the flywheel assembly, Laiyang Dixin carries out a balancing adjustment, using equipment to detect and adjust the flywheel to reduce vibration during operation. Finally, the flywheel assembly is cleaned to remove oil, debris and other impurities in the process, and then packed tightly to ensure that the product is not damaged during transportation and storage.
